That number is less if Clinton/Stein/Soros can put Michigan and Wisconsin into Limbo be delaying the completion of the recount past the final date to turn in electoral votes. I'm not going to be 100% comfortable until noon on January 20.

I was thinking the same thing, but I think they are using money as an excuse. They’re really dropping the case for other reasons, like it’s hopeless.
