Two petitioners bailed in Westmoreland County when they were told they needed to pony up $150 each. Other counties did not receive the mandatory three petitioners in a precinct.
Berks County certified the results. They’re done. A judge in Montgomery County dismissed the recount there. Monday there will be a hearing which will end the farce.
