Keeping alive the prospect of another run serves the Clinton’s interests in three ways:

1. Allows them to continue to raise campaign funds and funds for the Clinton Foundation’s “charitable” work.

2. Keeps the Clinton team of Democratic political operatives together so it can continue to serve them.

3. Keeps Democratic Party officials in line to defend them against their political enemies.

All the more reason for Trump to have DoJ go after them to ensure they are serving prison terms in 2020.

Many Democratic Party donors have had it. They fully expected Hillary to win in a landslide. They even thought they might take back the senate and they forked over a lot of cash to make it happen. Now they think it was a big waste and many of them won’t be giving the party anymore money any time soon.
