Correct me if I am mistaken, but I believe I read on FR that a simple minority would be needed to confirm.
The ‘nuclear option’ is Harry Reid’s ONLY gift to The Republic, and it was never intended to be a gift! The adults now will start cleaning up the mess the children have left behind. MAGA!
Reid only did it for cabinet positions not Supreme Court.
