Paul Ryan as not elected Speaker today, he was nominated. Election is January 3rd.

Ryan will actually be elected Speaker Jan 3rd. If more than 24 Republicans oppose him, he could have a problem.

I know some wanted to put this off for a time to get their ducks in a row for a challenge.

The dims put it off and Nancy may have a challenger.
