I've been for Trump since the beginning, but this makes me nervous.

He can't really do anything there... he can't marshal local or Federal resources, and there are too many affected for him to personally take care of.

The MSM will play this as pandering, and even as causing a distraction that hinders ongoing efforts.

If either Hillary or Obama went there, I would think the same of their appearance.

I hope Trump can do or say something that's effective enough to rise above such skepticism.

No worries--they liars in the media can criticize him for pandering but Trump is not the president and shows up anyway. Way too much upside for his visit there for the spin meisters to propagandize.
