A poll of likely Republican voters shows House Speaker Paul Ryan well below 50 percent in his race to maintain his seat in Wisconsins first Congressional district. The poll was conducted by P.M.I., with 424 respondents randomly called from a file of 11,000 likely GOP primary voters. It shows that with one month remaining before Wisconsins August 9th vote, Ryan is polling at 43 percent. Ryans challenger, Wisconsin businessman Paul Nehlen, is polling at 32 percent.
The Nehlen campaign notes that Ryans 43 percent represents a drop of more than 30 points since the Nehlen campaign began polling likely Republican primary voters earlier in the year.
This poll shows voters are considering their options and choosing to opt out of Paul Ryans job-killing policies, Nehlen said.

August 9 as I recall.
“Can you explain why you like Nehlen better?”
Because he’s not Ryan.
Here’s hoping it continues!
RINO Ryan needs Trump to save his butt, but it may be enough - the price for betrayal is high.
interesting. still +13, but there are a lot of undecideds, and he’s under 50%, both of which are ominous for him.
I’ve been wondering what people in his district thought about him this election cycle. it has been tough to judge through all the static from outsiders . . .
I have orated to Nehlen, have you?
Ryan gave the democrats everything and more in that omnibus budget. It was as if he checked every item on their Amazon wish list and used the credit card of the U.S. taxpayer to pay the bill.
He deserves to lose.
Excellent news. That will send a huge message to the anti-Trump cowards.
Much simpler answer.
I think you mean “donated”.
Thank you for supporting Nehlen. I have sent him a little bit, too, and will keep doing so as long as there is a good chance. Time to send another one on Monday.
Sending $$ to Nehlen today.
did he orate back?
Ryan’s challenger is Paul Nehlen. Please support him!
Go Nehlen!
Ryan is a global socialist who is making bank destroying the middle class. He is the Republican face of the Democrat party.
Maybe the poster is referring to Nina Burleigh. In which case, I don’t support him that much.
The WI primary is August 9th
Is there talk of Trump’s supporting Ryan?????
