It would appear that the Clinton investigation is in a state of quantum superposition: Hillary is both charged and exonerated at the same time. Only when the box is opened will we know which one. If they don’t open the box, then we will never know.

Does quantum superposition allow for different on/off, yes/no, multiple possibilities across the separate bubbles in the percolating universe?
