If Ryan or McCain lose in their primary, I could see them doing it out of spite.
Although, I think McCain is on record as saying the GOP should get behind Trump. Besides, at his age, he may not want to spend months flailing at windmills. Not much of a way to end his career.
Dole is on the Trump train. Ron Paul wouldn’t do it.
