No, they create the trouble everywhere they go.
Trouble follows them on the same path the cash arrives on. Always has. Clintons see government as a treasure trove of stuff to sell while hiding behind fake altruism.
This is like some novel. The Clintons were doing OK in private life. But they were greedy - what they had wasn’t enough for them - so they started soliciting contributions, giving people the impression that Hillary would be a future President and this was a good way to buy influence. So now she has to make good on the promises, otherwise the contributors will feel crossed and be REALLY SORE. But public life has its drawbacks - all sorts of unsavory things come out - and the sky is about to fall on the Clintons.
I wonder what the denouement will be. (Maybe like the last act of an opera.)
