I live in Colorado. I can tell you the author is right about Trump being outworked. Over the last 6 months, I have received dozens of calls from Cruz. I have also received emails. At no time have I signed up for Cruz or visited his website, etc. Yet I get contacted by him at least weekly. I have never been contacted by anybody at the Trump campaign. NOT EVEN ONCE...
Hard to win when you don't even show up...

I’m trying to find out but no one seems to know. It’s a pretty simple question. I’m getting a lot of insults instead of a answer and don’t know why.

Harder for anyone else to win if voter info ( like your number and email ) was shared by GOP with Cruz camp and not the other candidates?
I’m not sure, but how is it Cruz had so many people’s info if you (others) did not sign up tp be contacted?
