Last year, the GOPE kept flapping their jaws that they wanted a governor to win the nomination. Put 2 and 2 together - Bush drops out - Neil Bush joins the Cruz team, and then Jeb jumps on board and endorses him. It was all calculated for Jeb and they are using Cruz to get Jeb the nomination.
