I share your anger at these Cruz fanatics/shills and may God keep your son safe (I’ve had plenty of family in the service as well).

“Yes,...it’s “good business” for conservative (GOPe) radio hosts like Rush, Levin, Hannity, etc., to have Hillary in the WH.”

They make more money with a TRAITOR in office

Good points all. For some unknown reason, Trump has allowed the state organizations he created to fall apart after the primary. Had he kept these in place, and hired people to look after the delegates, he would not find himself in this position. Trump's cheapness is notorious and he is trying to win on the cheap. He has just 90 paid staff while Hillary is running with more than 700.

I was talking with a Florida delegate this morning who is baffled by the Trump campaign's total inattention to what is happening in the state since the primary. Florida's delegates are bound to Trump until the third ballot, so maybe it's not so important here, but you see what is happening in other states and you begin wondering if he's really willing to spend the money necessary to win the election. This, to me, is the biggest question right now that no one is asking.

Investigating details was a significant part of my work - when I had work that is.

Of course, that ruffles feathers. But that’s another story.

Or two. Or more.

RUSH is dead to me; he just hammered the last nail in his own coffin.

RUSH isn't a conservative, he is just a mouth piece for the GOPe.

RUSH doesn't care about America, all he cares about is RUSH and $!

Awesome! If the mods would consider the damage they are causing compared to the support they are providing they may have shorter stays on FR.

Libbylu comes to mind immediately. She was back so fast it was astounding yet here she is spewing Trump hate to anyone who will read it.

So far Trump is doing very little to win supporters past the first round of voting. So, instead of whining that Cruz is “stealing” delegates, don’t you think that he might ought to think beyond the first round of voting and act accordingly?

But, Donald doesn't know the rules, so it's unfair to make him play by them...

/ S

Maybe if he wasn't trying to be the first Twitter President, he might have figured this out a long time ago...

Cruz is beholden to these people. He is being used to stop Trump.

That explains why Cruz is doing all the ground work to get delegates that support him on subsequent ballots instead of the GOPe. Meanwhile, Trump sits back and whines while the GOPe selects his delegates for him. Sure, they'll back Trump on the first ballot. But after that? No one knows, especially not Trump since he didn't put forth the effort to find out.

And you think someone this politically incompetent has a chance against the Clintons?

Given the decline they helped engineer and their use of “victims” as sheep’s clothing (Doctrine of Infallibility), I cherish that Trump moment as a big ole stick in the Left’s collective eye!

Yup, Cruz is winning just like Hillary is winning!

Sanders is winning the people’s votes; Hillary is winning the insider elitist votes.

Trump is winning the people’s votes; Cruz is winning the insider elitist votes.

I read something interesting about this, but I don’t know enough about it. What I read is this. That because the Republican and Democrat party memberships are so huge the nominees are assumed to be certified and do not have to gather the signatures for each state to be on the ballots. What if the members of each party just resigned from the party when these Cruz and Hillary were nominated instead of the candidates the people actually supported (Trump and Sanders) and forced the parties to gather the signatures from each state to put these candidates on the ballot?

I don’t know if this would work, I don’t know enough about the rules, but I found the thought of it made me smile!

Certainly it would be interesting if all the democrats would decide to vote Libertarian instead of democrat and all the republicans would decide to vote Constitution party instead. The country would certainly be the better for it!
