Not denying anybody a choice, but when you complain because your guy loses some delegates or s state where Trump didn’t know the rules. If Trump was so smart he could have got these delegates himself.. He is closing half of his campaign offices after the Primary now he is coming up short. I just read where Trump Campaign didn’t know he needed to campaign in all the CD’s to win all the delegates from New York. Trump thought you only had to get 50% of the primary vote.. Not so you need 50% in every CD to win all the delegates. Heck I just found out 2 of his children can’t vote for him in NY. They were Democrats which needed to change party affiliation by Oct 9 to be able to vote in Republican Primary.. That is really planning for you..

All very nice, but still ignores the question as to who the delegates Cruz is "persuading" are really loyal to and what other agendas they may have. They can't be given cash, but from what I gather, other "perks" may be perfectly legal - IOW, a candidate can effectively purchase the delegates and all done behind closed doors and out of the public eye.

These delegates he is wooing are second vote delegates if the candidate does not get the 1237 on the first ballot then 50% can switch allegiance. Some will stick to their candidate and some won’t.. If Trump don’t make it on the first ballot he is toast!!
