I'm older than YOU are 2DV, have been actively participating in politics longer too, and I pay a LOT of attention to things...especially Bills/Laws passed by both Houses of Congress. The government is still handing out study guides that state the same thing about what constitutes a NBC, as they did in 2005, Cruz, himself, in 2011 concurred with that explanation, and NO new Bills have been passed by both Houses to change, in ANY way, what constitutes a NBC!

Ergo, you have ONLY changed your mind, because you support Cruz, who is NOT a NBC!
