DUH! Senators are part of Congress, last I checked. They are already investigating the implementation of one of Donald Trumps foreign policies, before he is even elected, and coming down on his side of the issue! You aren’t going to count that a “working with Congress”?

You aren’t going to count that a “working with Congress”?If it counts as "working with Congress" but nothing comes of it, what good are the promises he'll be able to accomplish everything on that list because "He'll be able to work with Congress"?
