except cruz’ home state of texas, all of his (cruz) wins have come in states where voting is restricted to registered republican voters only. As it should be. Why on Earth would we want Democrats selecting our candidate? You know they would vote for the weakest candidate. We used to call this "pinging" back when I was a Democrat. We did it all the time at the local level.
