No, the SAME company sells health insurance, at different prices, in different states.

OK so how do I know they'll sell it to me for a cheaper price? And if they won't then what good is selling across state lines do me?

Once the prohibition is lifted, then of course they must comply and see insurance across state lines, which also means that should you move, you will NOT lose your insurance, as you do now.
