It is the rule of naturalization that identifies those who are citizens at birth.
What a riot!!! Those who are citizens at birth don't need to be naturalized! Don't you get that?
Aliens are naturalized at birth under that statute and are made into citizens!

That is what USC Title 8 section 1401 SPECIFICALLY deals with, citizens at birth.

You're killing me! My sides are hurting from laughing so hard.
USC Title 8 section 1401 SPECIFICALLY deals with, aliens being granted citizenship at birth through a naturalization statute Congress enacted.

I give up. You're so confused and you've twisted this whole issue so out of reality nobody will be able to hold a meaningful conversation with you.

Just answer me this...Is U.S.C Tile 8, Chapter 12 a rule on naturalization?

Of course he’s eligible.

The question is simple - was he ever naturalized? No. Because his citizenship was granted at birth. By definition, that’s natural born citizen.

But what’s really awful is that Trump is making it a campaign issue, but only as leverage. That reveals him to be a man not of principle, but of politics.

Well per my prior post, the naturalization process occurs AFTER BIRTH. If one is a citizen at birth, then one is naturally born a citizen. I fail to see why you refuse to accept that simple fact.

Since we have identified our point of disagreement, the really is no further need to continue.

...the naturalization process occurs AFTER BIRTH.

Yet you also state that...
That is what USC Title 8 section 1401 SPECIFICALLY deals with, citizens at birth.

INA: ACT 301 - NATIONALS AND CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES AT BIRTH

And I agree with you, the naturalization process can happen after birth. However, I know that it can also happen at birth as well and it is plainly seen in the law.

...then one is naturally born a citizen.

You know, that's just plain sloppy. Playing off "naturally born a citizen" as equal to the actual 'term of art' "natural born citizen" is an imbecilic act.

This supposition of yours is demonstrably false. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1101

Note that this is the definitions portion of title 8. Look down to #23 which reads:

(23) The term "naturalization" means the conferring of nationality of a state upon a person after birth, by any means whatsoever.

So here is your opportunity to admit your mistake. If you can't admit that naturalization ONLY confers nationality after birth, then you are not being intellectually honest in this discussion.

So here is your opportunity to admit your mistake.

Don't be an ignorant dumbass! How soon after birth is "at birth"?

How quickly can a birth record be drawn up? The first day?
The first few hours or even an hour after delivery once the parents name the child and its gender is determined?

Use your brain, man!

Citizenship Through Parents
There are two general ways to obtain citizenship through U.S. citizen parents, one at birth and one after birth but before the age of 18.

Snip...Citizenship at Birth for Children Born Outside the U.S. and its Territories
Snip...Automatic U.S. Citizenship After Birth - But Before the Age of 18

Maybe you could try and get the people at USCIS to admit that they're wrong and they don't know what they're talking about.

So now all you have is name calling? The first rule of debating is that the first person that has to resort to name calling loses the debate.

So here is your last opportunity to prove your point. I have show you where the legal definition of naturalization is applied after birth. You disagree. Fine. Support your position by showing that according to law, code or statue naturalization occurs prior to or at birth.

If Cruz won, would you not agree they’d be going here anyway?

If there’s nothing to it, then let’s establish that completely now. If Trump fades, Cruz is the next best candidate.

Besides, if Trump wins, Cruz on SCOTUS would work just fine. I’m surprised Trump didn’t have him on his list last night - only candidate that had one, including Obola.

I said..."Don't be an ignorant dumbass"...I didn't say "You are an ignorant dumbass" so I didn't call you a damn thing and your "first rule" is simply you blowing smoke...you've got no substance to you.

Support your position by showing that according to law, code or statue naturalization occurs prior to or at birth.

Why not simply link to your own words instead?

Sorry but you are incorrect. Cruz's citizenship is from the circumstances of his birth. In the Constitution, Article 1 Section 8 enumerates Congress to establish ALL of the rules of naturalization. That includes:
-who is a citizen at birth (naturally born)

There you are again with your feeble attempt to equate naturally born to the term of art 'natural born'.

So here is your last opportunity to prove your point.
So here is your last opportunity to explain why you keep contradicting yourself.

Your own words again...
Congress has specifically stated that one US citizen parent confers citizenship at birth regardless of location.

Sen Cruz is a citizen at birth and has not been naturalized per USC Title 8 section 1401 - Citizens at birth

Your words and your law. Why do you ask for what you already know and support?

Are you simply confused, trying to be deliberately deceptive or a straight out liar who will say anything to save face?
