We are so forgiving as a people; but, we need to remember that while every German wasn’t a Nazi, and many may have secretly disagreed with Hitler, we were still at war with the entire German nation until it was over.
No one would have invited Germans who hated FDR or Churchill, for example, to throw insults at them live on the radio.

i strongly suspect that the setup is way worse than the publicly available information indicates (as bad as that is), and that Trump has received even more damning inside information from compatriots inside of FNC. I think the Megyn Kelly stuff may be just an excuse and a good opportunity to take a shot at her.
