Taylor Dibbert is a freelance writer and consultant.

Previously, Taylor worked for human rights organizations in Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. From 2006-2008, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala.

He has also worked or studied in Argentina, Austria and Spain. He is the author of the book 'Fiesta of Sunset: The Peace Corps, Guatemala and a Search for Truth'.

Taylor holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a bachelor's in political science from the University of Georgia. He is based in Washington, D.C.
