Cruz ought to drop out and endorse Trump NOW for his good and the long term good of America. Cruz will be president in good time, just not now.

Not sure where you get that idea from. Cruz does better or at least equal to Trump in head to heads with Hilary Clinton at RCP. Maybe Trump can drop out and back Cruz? :)
