In case you missed the past 15 years the building of the fence was approved by congress. It:s been both Repub.and Rats in the White House that has failed to get it done.

You do know the difference between the functions of a legislative and executive Branch of government?

Just exactly what do you think Cruz has the authority to do about the fence as a U.S.Senator?

It is astonishing that Cruz recognizes Trumps acumen for getting projects off the ground and his passion for a wall and he is criticized by Trumps supporters as some kind of counterfeit. He is not aping your candidate they have a point of intersection, one that Cruz has held for many years.

I think TDS is really the mental state of many Trump supporters who have become deranged with emotional attachment to their candidate to the point of hyper-defensiveness. They cannot share a platform or policy, only their candidate can hold a position.

Now this is more like it. President Cruz can hire Trump to build or consult on the wall. I think everyone can agree with that. The only reason we even like Trump at all is because of his recent stance on immigration (remember he was pro amnesty a few years ago when he was a Democrat). That’s about the only use conservatives have for him.
