Here in Hillsborough County, Florida there is a woman member of the New Black Panthers that made a number of public statements about she wanted to kill all whites and she is still running the streets. Neither the Hillsborough County Sheriff nor the Tampa police did anything. So the chance of that girl being arrested goes from a low slim to a high none.
