Really? Where does this guy live? I could name all the things that are inflated in price from just a year ago. My grocery costs have risen, even though we have cut back in what we eat and snack stuff.

What about homeowners insurance? Our increases for the last 3 years were 25.9%, 9.6%, and 19.6% with no claims. Agent blames nationwide claim increases, replacement cost policies, labor increases, material cost increases, blah, blah, blah. We inquired about actual cash value policies. Agent says no. The company does not allow agents to issue “substandard policies.”
And re groceries, where the price per each hasn’t got bigger, the size per each has got smaller.
