General Westmoreland did not offer Carson a scholarship to West Point because they don’t exist. There is no record of any communication from West Point to Carson about ANY offer.

It seems that Dr. Carson also told the same lie on Charlie Rose’s show? Was it a lie, or did he just not get the right words out. I dunno.
