Trump knows how to sell things. It’s called persuasion, and it’s very difficult to define.

Gee Rand, that’s the same question I asked when your Daddy ran for President

That is the thing that gets me about the Trump haters. It could have been them. All they had to do was say they would do what needs doing. To a man they all have some version of amnesty lite.

Why isn’t he fit, Rand?
What disqualifies him specifically?

I don’t have a “source,” but think your estimate is correct.

The “clown”, as Rand Paul terms him, is a very sharp negotiator, and this is his manner of negotiating. The characteristics The Donald displays to the world have served him very well, and like the servant in the parable who was given the talents (Matthew 25:14-30), has multiplied them not to twice the amount, but many times over.
Maybe even The Donald has not looked upon his earthly success in this way, but consciously or otherwise, he has followed the lesson included in the parable.
Would a fool or a clown accomplish that?

Poor guy is cracking under the strain. His hopes were so high 90 days ago. Now he knows it’s over, and he’s just playing out the string.

trying to sucker Trump into a back and forth ...get him to look bad. Trump looked very good today presenting his eco mplan..from here on in, he should ignore the desparate ones. He does that, he wins easy i think.

.... how did we get the race for the most important office in the free world to sink to such depths, and how could anyone in my party think that this clown is fit to be president? That question should have been asked about 7 years ago. There is never just one clown in a circus tent.
