No, he can’t, without one or the other suffering. But that’s what General Managers are for . . . and I’m sure he knows some good ones.

The Trump business interests will be in a trust for as long as The Donald should choose to occupy the (restored) White House.

The Donald did not get where he is because he is a dummy or has failed to make shrewd assessments of his closest advisers. The trust shall be in competent hands, and The Donald shall not concern himself with the day-to-day operations. But by its very nature, it would be impossible to make the conglomerate operations “blind”, in the sense that The Donald would not know what was going on, or that by a simple clearing of the throat, the subordinates would not KNOW that something was displeasing to The Donald.

.....”i think he can handle both”.....

If Trump wants to continue to run his businesses while being president, it would be like Berlusconi in Italy, which is probably the closest comparison..... He was also known for his crude and defamatory language.

Trump has already declared, quite honestly, that his policy positions are affected by his business interests. When asked whether he would support statehood for the District of Columbia, Trump pointed to his recent purchase of the Old Post Office Pavilion on Pennsylvania Avenue, which he is turning into a Trump hotel.

Would he favor approving H1-B visas for foreign workers for his many business ventures, including his modeling agency, over other visa seekers?

But Trump has already said it would be a conflict of interest....regarding his buying the Post Office in DC he said..... “I have a total conflict of interest.”

I am fairly certain that Mr. Trump would be required to place his assets in a blind trust.
