I’ve watched that clip several times unedited. There is NO controversy regarding the setup FIRST question zinged at DT.

This is an ambush on DT and the participants think they will go unnoticed and scot-free.

I remember back when the media thought Obama spoke Indonesian. He strongly implied it—rather, I should say Ayers strongly implied it—in Dreams from my Father. No one in the press subsequently admitted that Obama struggles even with English [read his unedited writing, or listen to him when his teleprompter breaks down] much less does he speak ANY foreign language.
Interesting. All your “we are supposed to” paragraphs don’t touch me this morning because I spent all yesterday driving and am now in a rural location and won’t be tuned in to media today either. It gave me a good perspective on “we are supposed to” think, feel... That is all from the media. If we turn away from mainstream, we no longer “are supposed to think X about Y.”
I heard the incident and it didn’t bother me. And I was blessedly free from any Media Contrived Controversy because I wasn’t listening even to radio in the last 24.
One day, maybe after we die, maybe not, we will know the truth about Obama. And we will see that most people believed the sycophantic media, and we will see that some few dared not to and voice that publicly. I stand with Trump.
It’s not new. I’ve been using Palinizing since the media started it the second Cruz announced.

The leftstream media can create controversy (Valerie Plame, “macaca”). All any of the candidates have to say is that Obama could put this question to rest by releasing his college records. See how easy that was?
In regards to immigration, all any of the candidates have to say is that we want an immigration system just like Mexico’s. See how easy that was?

We all at FR know that Levin is not a ‘kook’ but to the media and the lefty’s, he is a kook. Were he to engage in in this discussion he’d remove all doubt in the minds of the big media companies which, from their largesse, is how he earns his living - TV, Radio, publishing. I doubt he truly believes its ‘kookism’ but he knows what the result would be for him personally. He’d be useless and broke if he could no longer participate at all.

But this is the objective of fascism. Ridicule, ostracism, isolationism, condemnation, and marginalization to force conformity to state ideology. As with Islam, Communism, or any totalitarian ideology, appeasing the enemy will only embolden it further. Why did the MSM jump on the Obummer issue when no one saw it as anything other than a common citizen’s opinion? Because they are deeply invested in the lie and it is a danger to them as well as Obummer. They wanted Trump to practice their fascism on his supporter. They do not want this issue to catch fire like Trump did to immigration so they must try to stomp it back down immediately with condemnation and ridicule. They are running a huge gamble because by making a mountain out of molehill, it may blow back in their face as everything else with Trump is doing.
He is obviously conflicted.
He is clearly not Christian in the Biblical sense. He defiantly favors Islam, but chose to go to the hate church in Chicago because running as a Muslim would have limited his political ambitions. His homosexuality - although widely practice behind the scenes in Islam - is anti Islamic. And, he is a Marxist.
The man is torn and a broken, dysfunctional individual. Unfortunately, he is still in a position of great power and can do unbelievable harm.

It's ridiculous to demand that GOP candidates jump to defend Obama every time somebody says something negative. Yet Christie, Graham, and Jebby think exactly that. At least they implied it is negative to be called a Muslim.
Media's frenzy over this again overshadowed what Cruz and other said. It also provided some humor. Hilarious how Anderson Cooper when into his fake outrage mode!
