My thinking is the life of a President is the opposite of his life now. I cannot fathom Trump having all those constraints placed in his life.
I take The Donald at his word, that this is his new life’s mission, but does he really know what he’s in for?
Can you imagine all those unaccountable bureaucrats getting yelled at non-stop and cannot be fired. The Donald wants results, what will all those yo-yo’s do, commit mass suicide?
He’s going to need one hell of a team. For Trump to be successful he’s going to need to re-invent the government. Maybe he’ll have to take Executive Orders to a whole new level. That may not sit well.
There are some big concepts that need overturning. For example, Obama has placed political officers at all levels of the bureaucracy (not unlike the soviet union). They do nothing but monitor the regular employees behavior. They need weeding out before real change can occur, but are protected. Another is the Lobby Industry. When real change is attempted, Trump’s life expectancy will the that of a housefly. Sooner or later Trump must face this.
There are plenty of political appointees to hire and fire. And, BTW, you do know that his Apprentice show was for entertainment, and he’s got lots of people from senior executives to his driver who have been with him for decades. Right?
Was the term “concern troll” created for someone like you? Trump wouldn’t face any more hurdles in actually being effective in office than anyone else we could vote in.

No I don’t think so , but I do think he means business about winning the nomination and Presidency. I also think he’s beyond challenged as he goes along and he said as much from the get go when they first attacked him.
I think Trump knows what building a good team is about....politically he made a HUGE move when he brought Sessions into his policy making on immigration....that was a thunder bolt of lightening in Washington without a doubt.
I believe we’re seeing an early taking back of our government and the “Coup” in Washington which has taken over....That is what this election is about at it’s heart.... and the battle behind the scenes is far more brutal then what we see in the news.
