This is really getting funny. The American press has turned Presidential politics into a reality show where sound bites and image are all that’s important. I’m a veteran, and I can’t stand the SOB. The ONLY reason I voted for the ticket in 2008 was a combination of (1) I utterly despised Obama; and (2) I liked Sarah Palin.

I'm just an interested and amused observer at this point but I did get a story from my truck driver SiL today.

He said that politics is almost never brought up at work, but recently Trump has been a huge topic of laudatory conversation. That includes some of the big bosses that came by for a visit. He said he's never seen anything like it in 25 years of his career.

I don't know, are truck drivers a natural constituency for Trump?
