The people that can’t win need to get out of the way. Huck is one of them. He’s a Republican Jimmy Carter. Naive governor who’d be run over by other countries. We’re already getting run over as it is.
Rick Perry is another. You had your shot. Move on. Wearing glasses won’t make you smarter.

Republican, DemocRat, not much difference that I can see. Both parties have subverted or outright defied The Law, aka The Constitution.
Treasonous traitors for the most part. None of them have DEFENDED the CONSTITUTION from our foreign/domestic enemies.
There is the one thing I disagree with Ted on. We still need the IRS. To confiscate the stolen wealth from former and current "elected" officials. After that's done, ditch it along with all the other unconstitutional alphabets of tyranny!
Huck makes my skin crawl. Having said that, I noticed an article stating that FOX has turned on the toad. Calling him out for his defense of Duggar (sp) kid.
Good riddance!
They’re also calling him out for defending Mel Gibson way back when.
This is paranoid and delusional.
Yes I agree, that Cruz is "inexperienced" unlike the Huckster at Killing cops 4 (four at a time no less.)
Where do I get the thought to print such a statement, well one might want to check out a person who went by the name of Maurice Clemmons,or check out https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maurice_Clemmons.
Maurice Clemmons (February 6, 1972 December 1, 2009) was an American who was responsible for the November 29, 2009, murder of four police officers in Parkland, Washington.[1] After evading police for two days following the shooting, Clemmons was shot and killed by a police officer in Seattle.
Prior to his involvement in the shooting, Clemmons had at least five felony convictions in Arkansas and at least eight felony charges in Washington.[2] His first incarceration began in 1989, at age 17. Facing sentences totaling 108 years in prison, the burglary sentences were reduced in 2000 by Governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee to 47 years, which made him immediately eligible for parole. The Arkansas Parole Board unanimously moved to release him in 2000. Clemmons was subsequently arrested on other charges and was jailed several times. In the months prior to the Parkland shooting, he was in jail on charges of assaulting a police officer and raping a child. One week prior to the Parkland shooting, he was released from jail after posting a $150,000 bail bond.
Clemmons' murder of four police officers represents the largest number of law enforcement officers killed by one man in a single incident in U.S. history.
I read that when Cruz was Solicitor General of TX, he was in charge of 700 lawyers across the entire state. To say Cruz is “rash” and “inexperienced” is just ludicrous.
But then, we know what Huckabee is up to. He’s there just to stir the pot and hopefully his awful comments will tarnish Cruz.
To Huckabee: You better be careful because your comments may end up hurting you far more than they will ever hurt Cruz; and your plan to return to FOX may end up not being available.
We have been sold out by our very own, under threats, extortion or plain stupidity the latter the least if at all. We have been set upon by the globalist elites
The sleaze bag huckster is what he is...too bad so many buy into his crap!
I don’t know that it is either paranoid or delusional. I certainly don’t think it is a coordinated plan between, say, Jeb Bush’s campaign and Huckabee.
I think that the drive and type of a person who proffers himself to politics is one of two basic types. One is the kind that really has that compunction to serve this country (this one is RARE; it is the Unicorn). The other is ego, self-serving and elitist.
The run for President is a powerful aphrodisiac for that self-admirer as well as the opportunity to step up their lifestyle (even if temporary) in the campaign and in its aftermath as a “formal Presidential candidate.” I think that with a little creative campaign accounting there are multiple ways to disappear campaign contributions to pockets unknown.
Yet, even in the difference between the two, there is still the opportunity for one side (like Bush, and the GOPe Chamber of Commerce Cabal) to take full advantage of another candidate’s run. An opportunity to quietly support and steer the contest to the desired outcome (Jeb Bush) via strategic puff pieces on Huff versus, say, Walker or Cruz while running background hits on the two as well.
So. Not a conspiracy of the secret meeting between both sides, but a confluence of events from which opportunities can be had.
Nonetheless, paranoid or not, there are interests afoot here that certainly do plot and scheme and maneuver for their own purposes and not for conservatism, certainly. They’re the same ‘interests’ who call themselves PACs, and ‘consultants’ and ‘pollsters’ and all the other campaign equivalents of military strike team positions, and the delusion is to think they do not exist.
If Huckabee is really for Jebbie, why would he give up his livelihood just to be there for Jebbie. I suspect that Jebbie wouldn’t give Mike the time of the day?
For many years now, Robert Welch, whose reasong was questioned, traced it to Eisenhower; I suspect it was even earlier.
Surely you don’t trust Pew in a purely Republican poll do you? Don’t you find it interesting that in Pew’s poll, the three most unelectable people are 1,2,3 in their poll???
You don’t know how the game is played - his pay off will come. Or at least he’s counting on it. Besides, he can get his “livelihood” back, and more, with another run for Prez.
He isn’t giving up a damned thing...
Huckabee is no less a “serious candidate” than most of the others. He isn’t running as part of some conspiracy. The simplest explanation being the most likely, like the rest them he’s running because his ego demands it.
I think Huckabee is running for the ego reason...but I think there are pro Jeb forces at work on the financial end letting Huck know he’ll get X support from this group, that group, etc......
The two are not mutually exclusive, and it’s not necessary for every one of the co-conspirators to know there’s a conspiracy going on, as long as they do their specific job.
