I agree. I think your assessment is correct.
When Beck used to have his show on Fox, around the time he was dealing with the subject of Van Jones, I thought the guy was on the level. I watched his show every day.
Things have changed since then.
The dude strikes me as a completely off the wall babbling fool.
I’ve no idea where he’s coming from or where he’s going, and I can’t even pay attention longer than a minute to his radio show, because it’s just a bunch of giggling school girl nonsense.

I think he might be for Jebbie though Beck and Rick Santorum did defend Terri Schiavo when few others would.

That’s a fair approach. A good argument can be made that she was hung out to dry by the Board of Directors who needed her to take the rap for the Compaq deal that they themselves had also agreed to. Kinda like voting for a thing before you voted against it. But business executives know the rules and are held accountable for their mistakes, regardless of who or how they are judged. It’s too bad the same is not true for political leaders, if they had been Obama would have got the sack two weeks after inauguration.

Senator Ted Cruz was the youngest and longest-serving Solicitor General of Texas with a staff of around 4,000 people. He was also director of policy planning at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and a an associate deputy attorney general in the U.S. Justice Department. He also won District of Columbia v. Heller, Van Orden v. Perry, Elk Grove Unified School District v. Newdow, League of United Latin American Citizens v. Perry, Medellin v. Texas and other important cases. Please show me where Mr. Obama ever stepped foot in a court room...

"What has he led- his Senate staff?" So you've been pulling a Rumpel Stiltskin for the past few years? Glad to have you back with us.
Otherwise you'd have picked up on the fact that Cruz is at the forefront of true conservatism. He's been one of the very few voices championing us in Washington.
" Governing is something Cruz has yet to do?"
And? You think Obama would be a better president if he'd governed a state? It's the ideology that makes the difference. God, I'm going to get sick of repeating myself before 2016, but so be it.
Limbaugh destroyed the "senator vs. governor" meme recently, and he was right on point. I see my post #22 didn't make a dent, so I'll offer you this.
Ted Cruz on "Senator vs. Governor"
Please note post # 4.

Did you know that Ed Schultz was once a “conservative” talk show host until he received a better offer?

I don’t recall reading that people questioned RFK’s lack of executive experience in 1968. I guess they considered being his brother’s attorney general was “executive” experience. But Cruz is the former solicitor general of TX.

I would say, with all due respect, that folks who question Cruz’s leadership skills are unfamiliar with the concept.
