This pot controversy isn't helping employment. I still have not heard any numbers
on how many people have lost their jobs from drug testing, even from second hand smoke.

States rights prevail, but the Feds can take that away when they get involved.
The Feds over-reach is devastating which is the more important point here. imo.

That's like saying gun rights prevail, but the Feds can take that away when they get get involved. The Feds are not allowed to trash either the 10th Amendment or the Second Amendment.
