“Obviously; and that’s because nobody gives a rat’s ass about the Constitution anymore.”
You’re like one of those “Born Agains” that claim no one else is a Christian because they don’t follow the Bible the way you think it must be followed.
You try to redefine the word “natural” to mean some convoluted definition no one else has ever followed.
To you idiots, if a women crossed into Mexico to buy a vase one afternoon and goes into labor, her child, even though she carried that child 8 month and 30 days into labor on US soil, is somehow not a US citizen and a law must be passed to create citizenship for the child.
Think about that, moron.
Exactly right.
I'm not arguing that.
You try to redefine the word natural to mean some convoluted definition no one else has ever followed.
Actually, there's record that natural born means something stronger than what you think it means; the definition entered into the Congressional record of the House on March 9, 1866 during the discussion concerning the 14th Amendment:
[I] find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.
