Reads to me like time to quit smokin’ whatever he’s smokin’.
The author is trying to make the audience think this is some big top political horse race, even using track terms.
Hopefully most in the audience see this more like that old movie..The Sting.
The focus group pollster guy was on Hannity tonight. He showed a snippit of phrasing from Rubio, Walker, Cruz, in that order, and his like/dislike chart, and they each hit it out of the park, off the chart, with the focus group “democrats” and independents.
Bush was next and was the only one to READ his speech. He hit it less high, but at 67 it looked like to me. Last was Huckabee and he went to the top too.
The point was that we have a deep bench with the democrats and independents, but he determined Bush has to drop the out of date reading his lines and must drop it. He gave kudos to Huckabee for already having won Iowa and a strong performance.
The snippit covered from Cruz was his remark about the number one consensus he hears is that “Washington isn’t listening”.
Fearsome foursome, is it that their fearsome because of what their policies would do to America? It certainly isn’t because the democrat party fears them.
I’ll have what he’s smoking.

Agree! I’ve never understood why these mental “genuises” who predict political outcomes seem to think that whomever raises the most money will win.
The candidates spend millions on media ads and mailings. The mailings go into the trash. A minority of people still buy newspapers. See a spot on TV or hear it on radio once or twice and then it’s ignored. ...Knocking on front doors to solicit support is a no-no nowadays in my neighborhood.
This guys top two picks (Jeb and Rand) will not survive the primaries and I don’t believe Rubio will either. Walker is looking more shakey everytime he shifts his position on things. Carson, Huck, Cristi, Santorem and Jindal are out, although I think Carson and Jindal could both serve in Cabinet positions along with Allen West in a Cruz Administration. .........JMO
This is why Bush’s name is there: elite country club MONEY

All four are Shamnesty pimps. Crack smoking.
They keep writing to try and keep Jeb alive. He is dead, Jim.
Why would any conservative voter take the risk of losing a job by voting for a RINO, especially when that job puts food on their table, and instead lets the Chamber of Amnesty profit at the expense from these stolen jobs?
Well, here we go again. The Establishment settles in on one candidate; this time it’s Jeb Bush. The Conservatives run 5 to 8 candidates who divide up the anti-Establishment vote and the RINO waltzes to the coronation. JUST DAMN! We must figure out a way for us Conservatives to, at least, narrow the choices down to no-more-than two contenders. I would prefer Ted Cruz, Gov. Susana Martinez of NM, Gov. Scott Walker of WI, Marco Rubio, Gov. Bobby Jindal of LA or Rand Paul.... in that order; before I could even tolerate Jeb Bush. Pick any two of he above and I’m good. Even if it does not include my top choices.
