Where do you think the word “Governors” comes from? What does a governor do on a motor?

So you're fine with being ruled over by someone?

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

I am going to go with regulate speed or RPM not rule and in some case it acts to limit, not the best example, not the best example for your argument.

Where in anything Perry said did he use the word “rule?” Much less warrant going on to compare what he didn’t say to ‘dictatorship?’ If the NYT did that, every last FReeper would be howling. But it’s all good if some unknown blogger does it ?

You have to admit a certain irony here, that the same folks who promoted Gov. Palin vs Sen. Obama claiming her advantage was her executive experience vs his half term as a Senator are now claiming his half term in the Senate perfectly qualifies Sen. Cruz to step into the Oval Office.
