They both have their weaknesses and I'm sure I'll hear from other FReepers what they are.
I want both Scott Walker and Ted Cruz. I will accept Rand Paul and Marco Rubio. Paul Ryan would be good as a cabinet appointee, but I don’t think he has another Presidential Campaign in him, at least not for the next 15 years. I like Bobby Jindal as a conservative, but I don’t get that excited about anything he says. There is something to be said for “Let’s Give Them Something To Talk About!”.
I don’t know of many GOP women who have the background and the credibility to try this. I am open to women in that office as well as men, so long as they are not Common Core RINOs. Whoever the nominee is, they must have thick skin, but know when an insult should be immediately and aggressively answered back. Don’t suffer in silence as Karl Rove convinced W to do. Too many people will accept the undisputed lie as a true statement.
Jindal proposed big pay raises for his legislature some years ago right after we had a revolt over our legislature and governor doing the same trick here in PA....incumbent Republicans and Democrats lost races over it.....
That alone confirms my belief Bobby is a business as usual politician who dresses up his non-conservatism with a façade of tough sounding emotional words......
They didn't have spittle flying from their lips when speaking against homosexuals - obviously not conservative enough....
