What you write is very true, but there are so many morons now at FreeRepublic. I deeply believe that these purists are extremely unhappy people, bitter people and ugly people (figuratively).

These are the type of people that ALWAYS want things their way and they take their ball home and pout, even if they are the only ones in the room that believe the way they do. God help their spouses, children and others around them since they tend to boss, intimidate and manipulate. I know it can be dangerous to generalize, but I have known purists and they can be hellish.

Everything you say is true. Sometimes I think they will run me off FR, they are so hateful and closed-minded but I love FR and it’s not like GOPe isn’t also an enemy though not of the Obama caliber. Anyway, thanks for the post. It encourages me to stick around :-)
