Who do you believe - Chris Kyle, or Jesse Ventura?

What kills me is that UPI and AP are still reporting “Kyle claims in his book that he physically beat up Jesse Ventura in a bar...” That isn’t true, Ventura was never named.
Kyle’s widow is right in fighting for a retrial. I don’t get Jesse’s or the jury’s logic (a lot of people aren’t getting Jesse’s “logic” on a lot of things these days). The premise for his lawsuit is essentially, “The book never named me, but I was the one who got decked in that story. And it never happened.” That’s the basis of his million dollar lawsuit?! Gotta be kidding me.
