GWB changed that rule, but then Obama returned the life coverage..because he is so thin skinned...and when his two daughters go off to college, so will their SS coverage also..just like they did for Chelsea...and all thanks to tax payer dollars...now isn't that special????

I didn't know that Presidents could decree appropriations of "taxpayer dollars" all on their own.

I wish I had a dime for every post here about Obama's lavish vacations and other financial atrocities.

EVERY SINGLE DIME spent on the White House has been appropriated by the Republican House. How come we're not asking THEM what they are doing with our money?
