Finally, since the Worm pretty much ignores the law, if by some miracle he was impeached, what would force him to step down?

What would force him to step down would be getting convicted by the Senate, not just impeached by the House.

Impeachment is like being charged with a crime. You don't get punished unless you get convicted.

If we take the Senate - there would be a secondary and highly beneficial effect to getting rid of the Worm.

Slow Joe would become president.

I know that being a good thing sounds really odd. But hear me out. The only way Slow Joe can mount a realistic run in 2016 is by having some status over Hillary. Being acting president would give him that. There would be so much infighting and money spent that the R candidate (I’d like Cruz, except he is super effective where he is right now. Maybe Perry, or Nikki Haley - not heard anything bad about her yet?) should take the presidency at a walk.
