I'm not knocking Broun, he's a fine conservative Republican. But there are times when it just ain't your time.

Mark Neumann in WI ran for the Senate in 1996 after only 2 terms in Congress. He was a Tea Party Republican before it even existed. He lost to Feingold, and has lost 3 separate elections since then.
