I wish someone would file suit about the unconstitutionality of the Obamacare waivers and set asides for favored orgs and associations.
Obamas eligibility issue is over, the courts don’t care and the standing issue is their universal method of denying cases.

I think now we know the real reason why no citizen has standing in these cases. Could it be IRS threats and info gleaned from the NSA on judges? I think so.
