The only reason why the SCOTUS said that Obamacare can tax people is because it’s part of income tax legislation and the 16th Amendment of the Constitution provides for income tax legislation. I think we’ve got the opportunity to get Obama out of office. Even when Biden becomes President afterwards, we can get the Speaker of the House John Boehner to be VP and then we can get a new Speaker of the House also. Don’t let Obama scare you; it’s irresponsible to not try to get him out of office. Did you know that Obama and the Dems want to make community service obligatory for all Repubs?
