FOX talked at least 10 minutes this morning about this being a suggestion made by McCain. Some of the FOX commentators have such a difficult time acknowledging anything Palin that it’s getting ridiculous. McCain’s suggestion was just an echo of Palin’s.

Yeah, I’ve long noticed that too. Instances where Palin either gave a big speech that’s widely quoted, or a Facebook posting that makes some big waves, and they wind up getting covered on CNN, NBC and such... yet only silence from FoxNews. Really noticeable. Especially over the past two years. And considering she’s a bloomin’ contributor for Fox, all the more bizarre. I generally came to the conclusion that it was all part of the Rove/GOP-E stranglehold on the network, which immediately started snubbing (if not outright disparaging) the whole Tea Party/Palin wing after the conclusion of the 2010 mid-terms.

Fox’s corporate stand on Governor Palin changed after she rejected the Roger Ailes advice to hunker down during the aftermath of the Gabby Giffords shooting.

When she made her “blood libel” statement, it seemed to cause Ailes to turn against her.
