As I said in another post why cannot we use the same tactics that the dimoKKKRATS used in passing Obamacare. Have the house send up a tax bill to the Senate. Then have the Senate insert the language necessary to repeal Obamacare. 60 votes not necessary this way. Then have the Senate send it back to the house for a vote with no reconsiliation. Then on the Romney for his signature.
