The events in Wisconsin are also a wake up call for Romney. If he wins in November and if he does not follow the conservative way, then I have two words to say in relation to 2016: Scott Walker
Wow! I never knew about him being the Pro-Life Leader at Marquette. This revelation tells me 2 things: A) He is now my favorite active politician, and B) he has ZERO chance of being invited onto milt’s ticket.
I would not be surprised if Wisconsin is up for grabs when the general campaign “officially” starts (i.e. post-conventions, etc.) I also believe that, if trends continue, the GOP will have legitimate shots in Minnesota and Michigan come November.
All of which means, this will be probably be the most fiercely fought Presidential race any of us have seen in a long, long time. Obama is desperate, and Romney wants the job a whole lot more than McCain ever did.
ONE THIRD of union members voted for WALKER! Count ‘em.
ONE THIRD!
The union saw its last gasp. Obama is next, but without union support, a union who now must despise him after this rout.
His interest and presence would not have changed tonight’s outcome, but to stand with those who single handedly bought him in 2008, paid for his election, organized for him on their hands and knees, it would not have been too much to ask of him for something more than the one tweet.
Remember when he told them he would be standing on the front lines, right in there with them, standing beside them when they need him? LOL!
