I believe the little weasel would endorse Mittens.
Romney likes big government... and so does Santorum, albeit for different reasons. (Romney sees government picking individual businesses for success or failure, while Santorum sees government as the first, best source of ‘Christian’ charity.)
So it’s natural for Santorum to endorse someone that has his own views on the role of government in America.
