I’m a supporter of the constitution. I actually read the darn thing.
If you want to make it so that the community cannot regulate these things, then go ahead, and repeal the 21st. Because it’s right there.
That’s your right as a citizen of the United States, and that is the procedure to change the Constitution. Or you can ignore it like a certain occupant in the White House.
Your choice.
The power you seek to regulate 'these things' remains with the States, under the Constitution.
But they DON'T fall within the pervue of the Feral Gooberment.
They can't keep their web-sites up after pissing off the internet, and you want them regulating morality?
